Uploading Artwork
You've got a few options for uploading files to us. We ask that you always include what order the files are for when sending them to us. Also, please make your filenames descriptive.
FTP Upload
If you are comfortable using FTP then feel free to use our server for your large artwork and audio file uploads. When uploading files please create a new folder to put your files in. The folder should be the name on your order. Make sure that your file names are descriptive.
When using an FTP client use the following url, username and password.
URL - ftp.pcxmedia.com
USER - u44440887-pcxupload
PASS - pcxupload
Internet Explorer users click the following link to FTP.
Firefox users try FireFTP. http://fireftp.mozdev.org/.
Email Attachment
If your email service can send large artwork files please feel free to email your graphics to artwork@pcxmedia.com.
3rd Party Upload
There are several websites that are setup specifically for transfer of large files. One of our favorites is YouSendIt.com.
