Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. In some situations we may offer a credit for the purchase price but as per the No Refunds policy we cannot and will not offer a refund on a cancelled order.

Discount Vouchers
We reserve the right to tastefully insert our name, contact information, and/or logo on any project purchased using a discount voucher.

All Orders are PrePaid
All orders must be prepaid in full, including freight and applicable taxes. Payments can be made with credit card, company check, PayPal, or a cashiers check. Checks require 3-5 days to process, this includes PayPal e-checks. Orders are immediately placed in line for production upon receipt of payment.

Content Changes
Content changes cannot be made once the project has started production. Please make sure that all content is correct before submitting it. If you have found a mistake in your content please contact us immediately, there may be a possibility that we have not yet began production on your product.

Customer Content
It is the customers responsibility to obtain backup copies of all original materials provided to PCX Media for manufacturing. This includes but is not limited to recordable CDs and DVDs, audio files, graphic files, multimedia files, and materials uploaded to the PCX Media website or submitted via email. PCX Media will not return these materials to the customer. If a customer has submitted original artwork, photographs, or other artistic mediums which were scanned by PCX Media they will be returned upon completion of the project.

Trademark, Copyright, and Property Rights
PCX Media does not condone the duplication of copyrighted material by unauthorized parties. By placing an order with PCX Media the customer represents that they are the rightful owner, own legal licenses to reproduce, or hold legal rights to the use of materials presented in their order. The customer shall not place themselves or PCX Media into violation of marks or rights.

In the event of a dispute customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless PCX Media, its owners, employees, affiliates and partners against any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, punitive actions, lawsuits, and cost and expenses (including attorneys fees) suffered, sustained, or incurred because of rights violations.

PCX Media reserves the rights to investigate the rights of all materials provided for duplication. If PCX Media determines the customer does not have sufficient rights to reproduce the materials, the materials will be destroyed and orders cancelled (under the terms of cancellation).

Proofs
PCX Media provides proof printing services for customers who are concerned with the quality of their final product for a premium. If the customer pays for artwork proofs, a project will not be cued for production until the proofs are approved. If the customer does not purchase the proof option we cannot be responsible for problems with print color, print position or print quality that may have occurred.

Turn Around Times are Not Guaranteed
The turn around times provided by PCX Media are estimates based on our average workload. These times are not guaranteed. Every project is unique and each can have unforeseen delays. Please plan for this. PCX Media cannot be held liable for any delays in production or delivery and any resulting consequential damage or loss.

Rush Order Guarantees
If a customer purchases a rush service and the deadline is not met the customer may contact us to inquire about their options. If the error was on our behalf a refund or credit may be issued for the cost of the rush service. If the error was caused by the shipping provider the customer must file a grievance with the shipping carrier. PCX Media cannot be held liable for any delays in production or delivery and any resulting consequential damage or loss. Customers are only guaranteed 20% of their order by the due date.

Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products and services we cannot accept returns.

Taxes
PCX Media is located in Florida. For all orders shipped to or picked up in Florida applicable sales tax will be applied. Resellers, schools, churches, and other organizations must provide us with their reseller certificate or sales tax-exempt documentation to be exempt from sales tax.

No Refunds
PCX Media does not give refunds on products and services. If we made a mistake on your order we will correct the mistake because it is the right thing to do. If you are dissatisfied with your product because you did not completely understand the service we apologize. We stand by our no refunds policy and hope that no one places an order without completely understanding the products and services we provide. PCX Media may offer a credit for use with future purchases.

Order Cancellations

On Masters, Audio Files, and Audio Quality
PCX Media does not check master discs for quality. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that master discs are of the highest quality and carefully packaged when shipped. Customers should make PCX Media aware if discs are to have specific timing between songs. If PCX Media is not warned they cannot be held responsible for errors during the duplication process.

If a customer provides digital audio files for duplication PCX Media cannot be held responsible for any errors on the final discs that may be caused during the file transfer or burning process. It is recommended that customers send in CDr masters.

Other Terms and Conditions
- Claims for damages, defects or shortages must be submitted in writing within 10 working days after the delivery of the product.

- In the event of a reprint, all of the original order must be returned. Shipping charges may apply.

- PCX Media reserves the right to use any items/photos designed and/or produced in future promotional pieces such as magazine ads, fliers, websites or any other promotional material. If you do not wish to be included please send a written request along with your Invoice Number.

- For legal purposes, the venue for any dispute shall be Orlando, FL USA.

- Prices, terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Please read all information on our website before submitting your order. PCX Media cannot be held liable for any misinterpretations.

- OverRuns/UnderRuns on all orders are subject to a variation of +/- 3%. There will be no charges or credits for these.

- Cancellation of an order after acknowledgement will result in charges for any transaction fees and setup costs incurred before cancellation.
