Differences in our Paper

We use a few different types of paper and each has unique qualities and applications. This should clear up a few things for you.
24# White Bond •
This paper is our economy paper. It takes light colors or small amounts of black. The paper has a matte finish when printed. Large floods of dark solid colors may appear blotchy because of the texture of the paper. Suggested for light-medium colored posters and art that has the appearance of being hand drawn.
80# Gloss Text •
Slightly heavier than the 24# bond and has a gloss coating on the front and back. This is the paper we print most of our inserts on. This paper has a very shiny gloss appearance when printed with lots of dark colors. This is our glossiest paper. Great for complex or photographic style artwork.
100# White Card •
Significantly heavier than the 80# text (almost three times as thick). This is a nice heavy card stock with a smooth matte finish. It prints graphics extremely well and has a nice smooth finish. Suggested for light-medium colored posters and art that has the appearance of being hand drawn.
12pt Gloss Card •
Very close in weight to the 100#. This is a nice heavy card stock with a smooth gloss coating one side of the page. It prints graphics extremely well and has a light gloss appearance. It's weight is comparable to a standard postcard. Great for complex or photographic style artwork.
